I made this out of scrap paper that I had from previous uses. Michaels.com layered four pieces of paper on this project, I only used two. I have a heart punch that I used on the outer circle and punched hearts all the way around. I cut four smaller circles out of different paper and glued that to the center of each large circle. I found letters that I had and used those for the word "love". Since the letters I used are black and white I thought black and white ribbon would tie it all together perfectly.
