This recipe was supposed to be Marshmallow brownies but I did a little experiment and I have to say it turned out delish! You will need:
1 box of brownie mix
1/2 bag of Stacker Marshmallows
1 container of Chocolate fudge frosting
Follow the directions on the box to make the brownies. Preheat oven to 325 for glass pan, 350 for dark pans. Grease a 13x9" pan. I layered half of the brownie mix on the bottom of the pan and placed the marshmallows on top and then I layered the other half of the brownie mix on top of the marshmallows. Bake for 28-30 minutes. Cool completely before frosting. I used about half of the fudge frosting.
The marshmallows in this recipe made this the gooey part of the recipe because they completely melted into the brownie. If you like, put a slice into the microwave for a few seconds and top with vanilla ice cream, yuumm! The brownies are a bit rich so a little slice will satisfy your craving. Enjoy!
